Terms and conditions

  1. Promoter. LION Verwaltungs- und Beratungsgesellschaft mbH, Sybelstraße 31, 10629 Berlin, Germany ("LION"). Contact: author@datingkpis.com.
  2. Period. The giveaway runs from publication of these terms until 12 November 2026, 23:59 CET.
  3. How to enter. Join the reader list at datingkpis.com with your email address and confirm via the link in the confirmation email. Readers already on the list are entered automatically. You can also enter without joining the list by emailing author@datingkpis.com with the subject "Giveaway". One entry per person.
  4. No purchase necessary. Entry is free and does not require buying the book, the app or anything else.
  5. Eligibility. Open to individuals aged 18 or over. Employees of LION and anyone involved in running the giveaway are excluded.
  6. Prizes. Up to 100 codes for the full version of the Dating KPIs app (all sixteen metrics, regular price €6.99) for iOS or Android. If fewer than 100 people enter, every eligible entrant receives a code. Each code can be redeemed once, from 13 November 2026 until 30 April 2027, in the relevant store only (an iOS code does not work on Android and vice versa). No cash alternative; prizes are not transferable.
  7. Draw and notification. Winners are drawn at random on 13 November 2026 and notified by email. To claim the prize, reply to that email confirming you are at least 18 and stating your platform (iPhone or Android); you will then receive the code with redemption instructions, usually within three working days and no later than 30 November 2026. Prizes not claimed within 14 days lapse and may be redrawn.
  8. Data protection. LION is the controller. Your email address is used to run the giveaway (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The reader list is based on your separate consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link. Giveaway data is deleted after the giveaway unless the law requires otherwise. See the privacy policy at datingkpis.com.
  9. Apple and Google are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, this giveaway.
  10. LION may end or change the giveaway for good cause. German law applies.
